Homework

Students will be assigned homework Monday through Thursday.  All homework is due the next day, unless otherwise noted. Please assist your child in completing his/her homework assignments.  

Homework serves a four-fold purpose :
1. It provides extra practice on skills taught in class.
2. It gives parents insight into how their child approaches assignments.
3. It teaches responsibility.
4. It ties home and school together.

Students will bring their green "Take Home/Travel" folder home every day.  Once homework is completed, it should be placed back in the folder and returned to school the next day.

Grading System

O 100-95  Outstanding
S 94-80    Satisfactory
N 79-70    Needs Improvement
U 69 and below  Unsatisfactory
