Board Goals

2024-2025 BOARD GOALS  

 

Goal 1:  Initiate the Strategic Planning process and have the final Strategic Plan presented to the Board for adoption in the Spring of 2025

Goal 2: Continue to establish professional development opportunities for the Board of Education and achieve Board Certification through NJSBA’s Academy Program by November/December of 2025. (Training to include Ethics, the Board’s Role in Policy, and the Board’s Role in Finance.

Goal 3: Continue to establish a schedule for committees to meet regularly throughout the year and provide minutes of the committee meetings to all board members.
