Board Goals

2022-2023 BOARD GOALS  

 

Goal 1:  Monitor the progress of the 2019-2024 District Strategic Plan

Goal 2:  Establish Dates to continue the professional development plan developed by the Board of Education and achieve Board Certification through NJSBA's Academy Program.

• Training to include the Board's Role in Policy and Finance.

Goal 3: Establish a schedule for committees to meet regularly throughout the year and provide minutes of the committee meetings to all board members.

Goal 4: Successfully negotiate the Island Heights Teachers' Association contract.
